"What can I expect from the artwork I receive?"
Each piece begins as an original painting, so slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of what makes it unique.
For prints and cards, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, but we always aim to represent the artwork as accurately as possible.
All artwork listings include detailed dimensions to help you visualise the size. If you're unsure about the size, try measuring the space on your wall or using masking tape to map it out.

"What is a giclée print?"
Giclée (pronounced zhee-clay) is a high-quality fine art printing process that captures the colour and detail of the original painting.
We want you to enjoy your artwork for a long time to come and these prints are produced on premium paper using archival inks, meaning they are designed to last and retain their colour over time.
"Do your artworks come framed?"
Unless stated otherwise, artworks and prints are sold unframed.
This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that suits your space and style.
"Do original artworks come with a certificate?"
Original paintings include a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the artwork’s provenance.
"How long will delivery take?"
We offer free UK delivery on all orders.

"Do you ship internationally?"
Yes. International shipping is available on request. Costs vary depending on location and insurance. Please get in touch before ordering for a quote and delivery timescale.
"How will my artwork be packaged"
Every order is handled with care from the studio. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Prints and cards under A4 size are sent flat or in protective packaging

Prints sized A3 or above may be sent rolled securely in a tube

"Can I return my artwork"
Yes. We offer a 14-day returns policy.

"What if my order arrives damaged?"
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:

"Are your cards and prints suitable for gifts?"
Absolutely. Many customers purchase prints and card sets as gifts.
If you're sending directly to someone, you can leave a note at checkout or email us and we’ll ensure no pricing is included.
"Do you take commissions?"
Occasionally, yes.

"Will you be releasing more designs?"
Yes. New paintings, prints, and seasonal pieces are added throughout the year.
