Delivery & Shipping Info

Thank you for choosing to bring one of my artworks into your home! I take great care to package each piece thoroughly so it travels safely, whether it’s an original painting, a limited-edition print, or a custom-made design.

  • Shipping Costs
    Free shipping within the UK.
    International orders include an additional shipping cost, calculated at checkout.

  • Dispatch Timing
    I aim to send out orders within the timeframe stated on each listing or invoice. As each piece may be unique or custom-printed, dispatch times can vary — but I’ll always do my best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

  • Packaging & Handling
    Every artwork is carefully wrapped and protected to survive transit intact. Larger pieces may be shipped in reinforced tubes or rigid boards — depending on size and media.

  • Shipping & Tracking
    Once your piece is on its way, I’ll provide any relevant tracking information (if available). Delivery time will depend on your location and the postal or courier service.

  • Damaged on Arrival?
    If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of both the package and its contents. I’ll guide you through the next steps — often this involves helping you file a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

Because each piece is unique all sales are considered final. Here’s how that works:

  • All Sales Are Final
    Once you’ve placed your order, there are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes original artworks, custom prints, and personalised commissions.

  • Before You Buy — Please Double-Check
    Please make sure you’ve entered your address correctly, selected the right size, chosen the correct colours or customisation options, etc., before you confirm your purchase. If in doubt — just ask! I’m always happy to help clarify any details.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    After I’ve shipped your artwork, responsibility passes to the courier. I’m unable to offer replacements or refunds for parcels marked as delivered — lost or delayed — by the carrier. However, I’ll always help you if you need to file a claim or track down a missing package.
