3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party services such as PayPal, Stripe, or your chosen card provider.

• I do not store or access your full payment information.

• An order is confirmed only once payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping is included for UK orders.

• International orders require an additional shipping cost, shown at checkout.

• Dispatch times are stated on each product page but may vary due to printing, packaging, or postal delays.

• Tracking is provided where available.

• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can assist with a courier claim.

Because each artwork is unique or made to order:

• All sales are final.

• No returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered.

• I am not responsible for items lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by postal services.

Please contact me before purchasing if you have questions about an artwork.

6. Commissions

• Commission agreements must be confirmed in writing (email is fine).

• A non-refundable deposit may be required.

• Completion timelines will be discussed individually.

• The final artwork cannot be altered once approved.

• Commissioned work remains the copyright of the Artist unless a licensing agreement is created separately.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Jane Hubbard and protected by copyright law.

Customers may not:

• Reproduce artwork in any form

• Create prints, merchandise, or digital files

• Use artwork commercially without a licence

• Modify or claim artwork as their own

Purchasing an artwork gives you the physical item only, not reproduction rights.
